Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation Canada
Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation was founded by Dharma Master Cheng Yen in 1966 in Taiwan. Over the decades, Tzu Chi has developed into a well-recognized international NGO with 297 branch offices in 47 countries and over 4 million volunteers around the world, carrying out missions of charity, medical care, education, and humanities.
